Student administration (only by appointment)

Please note: the address of the student administration has been changed to Kleine Zavel 5.

The secretariat is the administrative heart of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel. It is the place to be for all transactions and questions concerning enrolments, study curricula, exams, seminars and so on. This service can be found on the ground floor of our campus 'Kleine Zavel'. Sign in at the reception. 

The Student administration is only available by e-mail or appointment.

The library of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel offers you Belgium's largest music collection. As a student, professor or external visitor, you can consult the heritage collection or you can borrow recently published scores and books. 

However, as a result of the renovation of the building on the Regentschapsstraat, the collection is of necessity less easily accessible. This is because the documents are kept in external depots. Reservations must therefore be made by e-mail. Please send it preferably to this address : bib.kcb@ehb.be

Production & infrastructure

A hundred concerts a year are given by the students of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel. This requires a team to ensure that every event is managed properly. This service can be found in room 360 of campus 'Kleine Zavel'.

All services of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel are closed on public holidays and during school holidays.
