Haha, humor in de muziek

Let yourself be surprised by the exhibition ‘Humor in muziek’, which you can experience in three different ways: explore the halls at your own pace, join a guided tour, or take part in our scavenger hunt. It’s not just for children, it’s for anyone young at heart! Search for the secret keyword, earn a fun reward, and enjoy plenty of laughter along the way. You’ll discover new things about music and humour in a light-hearted and joyful way. After all, laughter is good for you … and, most importantly, it’s enormous fun!

Don’t miss our resident cartoonist. Pose with a musical instrument and be immortalised like a famous virtuoso. Or explore our historic collection of cartoons featuring musicians and composers. You might even recognise a few traits of Franz Liszt or Maria Callas in yourself, cartoons have a way of revealing the truth!

During our Heritage Day concerts, it’s all about laughter. Students from the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel’s classical singing and musical theatre departments will perform a varied and entertaining programme.

On stage, you’ll hear Jietse Duthieuw, Imke Goossens, Fiens Janssens, Ivana Mikusova, Gustavo Reis, and Tessa Van De Velde.

Heritage Day

For twenty-five years now, the cultural heritage sector has showcased its very best on the first Sunday after the Easter holidays. The aim of all these efforts? To treat you to an unforgettable experience and highlight the wealth, diversity, and potential of all the movable and intangible cultural heritage that Flanders and Brussels have to offer.
