Jeroen Reuling | Masterclass Cello

Jeroen Reuling, born into a musical family, studied the cello with Jean Decroos, André Navarra and Pierre Fournier. Following his successful debut at the Concertgebouw, he performed regularly with various orchestras and conductors, and was awarded the Audience Prize in Amsterdam in 1983. He went on to build an international career, appearing across Europe and Asia. From 1983 to 2004, he served as principal cellist of Het Gelders Orkest. Today, he combines teaching (including in Brussels and at ARTEZ in the Netherlands) with chamber music, and has been affiliated with the Queen Elisabeth Music Chapel since 2011.
