Magia Española

Embark on a musical journey through Spain, filled with color, dance, and passion! From the sizzling Fandango by Teo Aparicio Barberán to the unstoppable energy of Chabrier’s iconic España. Manuel de Falla’s El sombrero de tres picos bursts with flamenco fire, while Luis Serrano Alarcón’s Duende captures the very soul of Spanish music. And who better than Spanish saxophonist José Miguel Ortiz Solivelles to join the Wind Orchestra, under the baton of Yves Segers, and surprise us with Óscar Navarro’s Infinity—a saxophone concerto that is at times cinematic, at times jazzy, but always mesmerizing?
