Heritage Day 2021 a great success

Not for a concert but for the Heritage Day 2021 "Nocturne at noon", organised by the library of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.

Artist Kris Gevers opened the tour of the Conservatoire with his paintings of "The Night".
In the reading room visitors could discover the rich Italian opera collection of the library under the title "Italian Opera in Brussels".
Afterwards, visitors were given the opportunity to take a walk through the various floors of the Library Depot.

Between light and dark, visible and invisible with atmospheric lighting, the many corridors with the hundreds of publications on the shelves evoked a very special atmosphere.
And the various scores that were prominently lit here and there once again emphasised the richness of the library of the Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel.
